«Ocean view was amazing. Our room was clean. It is an older building but we had a great stay there. The man running the place was the best. »

«Place was falling apart.. no other way to put it. Pillow and sheets were dirty. Used soap on the counter bathroom door was falling apart and had a hole in it and it just was a horrible place.. I ended up walking across the street and booked another hotel to stay the night. My son found mold in the bathroom and the floor was collapsing in on itself by the door.. Do not recommend to anyone »

«The 3 story building is a little aged, and has no working elevator. That said, the room was perfect for my overnight stay. As an added bonus, this has to be one of the last hotels to offer smoking rooms. Being one block from the beach was very nice, and the view for sun rise was beautiful. »

«The Staff and manager at the time were great, with the exception of one desk clerk ! I had arrived an hour early and asked about the possibilty of an eary check in. She said she would look into it, when i asked again 30 minutes later she said her radio was off the whole time ! No apology and more negative attitude. Otherwise the young man that was manager was outstanding !»

«Charging $20 to check in 30 minutes early is why I won’t use this company again. Corporate greed! What happened to old fashioned common sense. The room is available. I told the lady at the counter we just want to drop our bags off and we won’t be back until midnight. We were the only people in the whole complex. She said it was policy. Best Western lost a customer for life!!»

«Love lively beach and their staff they do alot for the guests at the pool and fire pit. Check them out for your next family stay! Love the rooms too and rooftop terrace available for everyone! »

«Had a good view of the ocean, the staff was vary friendly and polite, the property its self wasn't at all great mainly the bathroom and bedding and wall sockets, there where several holes in patches in the bathroom, and the carpets where coming up and barely held down with duct tape, the door to the bathroom was broken and we struggled to open and close it, shower pressure was also really weak. The bedding was fine beside all crazy amounts of holes in them and the wall sockets only 1 worked and ...

«Only bad thing was we were placed on the 3rd floor and the elevator was down. We had alot of stuff to take and had to make several trips to our vehicle because we couldn't use our wagon to lug all our stuff in»

«Kakerlakker på gulv og krypende oppover veggene på rommet, vi fikk nytt rom uten kakerlakker, men også dette var ikke godt renholdt. Rommene var minst 40 grader varm ved ankomst, og tok hele natten på å bli levelig å sove i. Alt i alt IKKE et hotel som birde promoteres av dere»

«Beds were very comfortable and it was in a good location. The hotel is a little outdated. Rooms could use remodeling and the couch in our room needs to be replaced because it was dirty and no one wanted to sit on it. Staff was very friendly and we got vouchers for a free alcoholic drink which we did take advantage of. The indoor pool is just split between the outdoor pool, which made the water really cold since it was cold the night we stayed. Would I stay here again? Probably not for the price ...

«Not worth for what you pay. Never seen so bad breakfast buffet as long as i have stayed into the hotel from last 24 years travel to more then 100+ countries!»
