«Absolutely fabulous. Wouldn't hesitate to re-book - possibly in autumn/winter to take advantage of the RSPB locations nearby. Lovely hosts, Colin and Gina Ash, fabulous, comfortable and spotlessly clean cottage and, oh, so quiet. Set in beautiful gardens with a duck pond to the rear of the decked areas to the cottages (all private). Could have sat out for hours just enjoying the peace and location. Wonderful full size snooker table (have so much to learn!), darts board and books. Can't wait to ...

«This was ideal as a base to spend time exploring Lincolnshire with our dog. It's a lovely property and we were made to feel very welcome by the owner, Wendy. It's very comfortable and includes a nice conservatory and back garden that backs onto the horses' paddock. There were the usual appliances and also a lot of other equipment available for use - even a picnic hamper.
