The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming flat for rent in Chamrousse, featuring mountain views and within walking distance of the ski resort. It measures 30 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor and on one level, it comprises a lovely 15 m² living area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with a bath). Wi-Fi and bed linen are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living area with a TV, sofa, fold-away bed (140×190) and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with two single beds
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A 12 m² south-facing balcony to enjoy the sunny days

You can also enjoy a leisure area comprising:
• 1 heated outdoor swimming pool (if the outside temperature is below 20°C)
• 1 hot tub
• 1 or 2 saunas (depending on visitor numbers)
• 1 fitness room
The leisure area is open during the same period as the ski lifts, i.e. from the first weekend in December until the beginning of April – opening dates are not binding and are subject to change by the resort. Access is via a badge system.

The flat is ideally situated in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

- Hiking around the Arselle plateau
If you’re visiting out of season, almost all shops will be closed. Please don’t hesitate to check with the tourist office before your stay.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private outdoor car park. (Remote control for the barrier)
