This 90m² single-story cottage features a dining room with a lounge area and a kitchenette. Three bright and beautiful bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and a terrace offering magnificent views, are available. The first bedroom, "Cannelle," has a queen-size bed (160cm) and the option to add a child's bed. The second bedroom, "Chocolat," also has a queen-size bed (160cm), and the third bedroom, "Moka," has two single beds (90cm). In summer, please bring your own pool towels! A welcome basket of local products can be arranged upon arrival (please contact the owner for details). Nestled on a hillside, Le Champynoise is a passive wooden house with contemporary lines, combining comfort and eco-friendliness in a refined atmosphere that blends charm and modernity. During the summer season, you can relax in the preheated natural swimming pool overlooking a stunning panorama (generally open from June to September). Adjoining the owner's house and located in the Pays d'Urfé region, this is the ideal place to combine sport and relaxation: hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing... and exploring the local heritage. The house, a mountain biking hub, lends you six mountain bikes free of charge to enjoy the trails of the FFC (French Cycling Federation) Bois Noirs mountain biking area and can also rent you two electric mountain bikes. There is also a pétanque court and various children's games.
