Woodridge 9147 has four steps for entry, is multi-level, and offers internet

access. This premier-rated unit accommodates up to ten guests and is not pet

friendly.



Twelve steps up from the foyer lead to the living room, which features a flat-

screen TV and a gas fireplace. The fully functional kitchen includes a

breakfast bar with three stools, while the dining room seats six. The main

level bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a full bath.



Upstairs, the second bedroom features a queen bed and flat-screen TV with a

full bath. The third bedroom includes one set of bunk beds, a queen bed, and a

flat-screen TV, also with a full bath. The fourth bedroom offers a king bed,

flat-screen TV, and a full bath.



Located in the Villages community, Woodridge provides complimentary shuttle

service to the slopes. The deck includes a gas grill for guest use.



All homes include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry

detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room,

dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a

fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and

toilet tissue. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars

depending on location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available

on site within the communities.





During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis/basketball courts

and community pools. In addition, all condo guests are welcome to utilize the

resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).
