Swiss Mountain 47 has zero steps leading in, is multi-level with air
conditioning minus the basement, offers internet access, and is not pet-
friendly. This standard-rated unit sleeps eight. The entry level features a
living room with a flat-screen TV, though the fireplace is not available for
guest use.
The fully functional kitchen includes a breakfast bar with three stools, and
the dining room accommodates ten. A powder room is also available on this
floor. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and
a full bath. The second bedroom has two single beds, while the third bedroom
features a double bed; they share the second full bath. The basement level
includes a ping pong/pool table, TV, double futon, and a third full bath.
There is no air conditioning in the basement.
This unit is just a short complimentary shuttle ride to the slopes, main
resort, and Highlands Golf Course. You can relax on the deck with community
views. Please note that this unit does not have a gas grill.
Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of
overflow parking available on-site within the Community. All homes include a
washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), an Iron/Ironing board, expanded
cable in the living room, a dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens
(shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are
paper towels, trash bags, and toilet issues.
This unit is conveniently within walking distance of the community pool during
the summer months. In addition, all condominium guests are welcome to utilize
the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).
Swiss Mountain is located within a short driving distance from the main
entrance to Seven Springs Mountain Resort, and to Highlands Golf Course. The
homes range in size from a cozy 1-bedroom to 3-bedrooms where you are sure to
find the perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands
has to offer.
All Swiss Mountain condo rentals offer a washer/dryer (laundry detergent not
included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the main living room,
dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (soap/shampoo not included),
and a fully functional kitchen that includes: utensils/cookware/flatware and
paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue. Swiss Mountain typically, does not
offer whole house air conditioning, but does usually offer master bedroom
cooling systems. _**No indoor fireplace usage is available at Swiss
Mountain.**_ Swiss Mountain units are not Ski In/Ski Out.
In the summer months you may enjoy access to community outdoor pool. All
condo rental guests are also welcome to utilize the resort's main
indoor/outdoor pools. This community offers complimentarily shuttle service
year-round to the main resort.

Remote check-in is an option. Please call our hotel front desk to provide a
credit card for incidentals & sign your paperwork no less than 24 hours prior
to your arrival to avoid checking in at the hotel front desk. More
