Sommer i Chamonix
Flott beliggenhet, stort rom og balkong. Stille område og veldig sentrumsnært. Deilig spa. Bør jobbe med servicen i resepsjonen og renholdet var dårlig! Men Chamonix kan anbefales.

Litt utdatert stil. Hyggelig betjening ved inn og utsjekk! Spa-avdelingen var veldig positiv. Lite behjelpelig og service-innstilt ansatt møtte oss i frokostsalen første dag, men resten av betjeningen var svært hyggelig.

Great views
Perfect location. A short walk to the bus or to the nice city center. Around 500m to the Brevent gondol. The room was nice and had a great view. The spa was a great to utelize after a long day skiing.

Vanskelig adkomst til hotellet, trang parkeringskjeller med dårlig merking opp til lobby. Lite hyggelig personale i resepsjonen. Hotellet hadde ikke aircondition og vi fikk tildelt et rom i 2. etg. rett over et aggregat som laget masse støy slik at det var vanskelig å ha vinduet åpent. Vi fikk oppgradert, men personalet lot oss vente (stående ved resepsjonen) i 15 minutter før de viste oss det nye rommet. Elendig frokost. Dette er ikke et 4 stjerners hotell og vi vil ikke anbefale dette til noen

Dear Anonymous Thanks for taking your time to leave us a message. We have a 12 places parking and not so much space. In Chamonix it is very difficult to park in the street, especially in city center. But you have a huge choice of public parking, even the free ones. Best regards,

Gjennomsnittlig hotell
Første inntrykk av hotellet var bra, personalet var vennlige og innsjekkingen gikk fort. Først fikk et rom hvor vi kunne høre alt fra naborommet, til og med når de var på toalettet. Dette tok vi opp med personalet og de ordnet et nytt rom for oss. Det ble ikke særlig behagelig på det andre rommet ettersom det var bortimot 30 grader der inne og det ikke var airconditioner inne på rommet ( hotellet hadde ikke det i det hele tatt ). Videre var minibaren veldig varm , dette klaget vi på og skulle sjekkes opp men vi fikk ikke hørt noe mer .

Etant donné la très courte saison d'été à Chamonix, beaucoup d'hôtels ont fait le choix de ne pas avoir de climatisation. Le mini bar, comme tout frigo, chauffe effectivement. Vous aviez la possibilité de l'éteindre pour éviter la sur-chauffe. Veuillez accepter nos salutations les plus sincères

Ok Hotell, men elendig personale
Veldig mye rot ved innsjekk. Ikke plass til bilen i garasjen som lovet. P-Plass ble lovet reservert, men ei heller på dag 2 av oppholdet var plass blitt tilgjengelig. Ved utsjekk fekk vi først en faktura vi ikke forsto. Vi stilte spørsmål, som resulterte i at resepsjonen, etter mye frem og tilbake, la på Kr. 210.- i tillegg. Vi kunne latt som ingen ting, og betalt første faktura, men valgte å gjøre oppmerksom på mulige feil i oppsettet. Som takk fikk vi altså betale ytterligere Kr. 210.-. Ikke noen stor sum for oss, men trolig heller ikke for Hotellet. Ingen kredibiliteten og ingen takk. Elendig Kunde håndtering. Helhetsinntrykk. Mye dårligere enn forventet til den prisen. Dårlig valuta for pengene. Velg heller noe annet.

Ikke bra om sommeren
Hotellet er bra og har basseng. Men rommet blir veldig, veldig varmt om sommeren, og det finnes ikke air condition på rommet. Å åpne vindu hjelper litt, men det støyer mye utendørs nattestid. Vi hadde store problemer med å gå sovet nok om natta.

Bra beliggenhet. Lite rom som bærer preg av å være gammelt og slitt.vi hadde frokost inkludert i prisen men ble avbrutt i frokosten hver dag i en uke da de hotell ansatte lurte på hvilket rom vi bodde på. Dette skjedde opptil tre ganger under samme frokost.. Ikke en god måte å starte dagen på..

Most things were nice with this hotel. But the first room we got smelled urine in the toilet that was separated from the bathroom. When we asked for a new room, some maintenance guy working at the hotel wanted to chech, and he said he smelled nothing..! But it stinked! However, we got a new room, which had beed upgraded but this also smelled urine from the toilet. We could however live with this as it wasn't that bad, but hay - you staff sholud do a better job cleaning and prevent that this smell become worse over time! In general the tidyness was good.

Bra hotell på alle måter. Bra spa avdeling. Frokosten kunne kanskje vært enda bedre. Uansett dette hotellet vil vi nok besøke igjen.

Varmt og mye støy
Vi booket et familierom og et enkeltrom med ulik lokalitet. Rommene var greie men svært utdaterte. Stort minus at det ikke var verken vifte eller aircondition på rommene. Det ble svært varmt på rommet slik at vi måtte ligge med vinduene åpne. Dette medførte mye støy til langt på natt fra restaurantene like ved samt fra varelevering til restaurantene og busser med turister til hotellene svært tidlig på morgenen.

Chamonix er helt fantastisk
Chamonix var et fantastsk sted med nydelige omgivelser. Når vi åpnet vinduet fra rommet så vi rett mot Mont Blanc. Hotellet adde en koselig Takterrasse med basseng, jaccuzzi og solstoler. Vi hadde fantastisk vær og benyttet oss av dette. Mange koselige restauranter og butikker for shopping. Vi utforsket ikke turmulighetene, men det virket å være ange muligheter

Bra hotell, dessverre var svømmebassenget til renovering, noe vi ikke visste før vi kom til hotellet. Hotellets beliggenhet er i sentrum av Chamonix, det er sentralt og lettvint, men bråkete om natten. Mye støy fra utelivet i byen.

perfekt beliggenhet, midt i sentrum, med kort ved til shuttle til skibakkene. litt stusselig standard med teppegulv i hele bygningen. hotellet har skioppbevaring, mot depositum for nøkkel. ikke lov til å oppbevare ski på rommet. heller ikke lov til å gå med skistøvler inn til rommet. ikke forvent å få så mange smil fra resepsjonspersonalet. hvis du kun er på utkikk etter et rimelig sted å tilbringe natta, er dette stedet.

This hotel is in the center of the city and walkable to all venues even the ski Lyft. Many many restaurants and shopping places in a few minutes walking distance. This property has dry sauna, steam, Jacuzzi and a pool on the roof top. The staff are super friendly as well.

Great hotel at 10 mins walk from the main bus station (Chamonix Sud). Bus stops to most ski stations are conveniently situated just a few meters away from the hotel so we did not have to walk a long way with our equipment. The hotel is also situated right downtown close to the restaurants and shops which was great for dinner time and off days. The SPA is to die for. The perfect way to end our ski day with the breathtaking rooftop pool and hot tub. Definitely a reason why you should book the hotel. There is not a single day where we did not go to the spa. It is really one of a kind. The hotel has convenient lockers to store your ski equipment, however it did not dry them overnight. We had amazing service from the gentleman at the reception. He was helpful, funny and very nice. Thank you. The rooms are a bit outdated which takes away from the luxurious aspect of the hotel. Also we had to ask for coffee and cream to be refilled every day as it was not done automatically when they cleaned the room which was a bit odd. Thank you Park Hotel

This hotel might have been a 4-star gem a decade ago, but it's showing its age now. The beds are quite small, and the bathroom, especially the hairdryer and showerhead, could use an upgrade. Our attempt at the spa was a bit disappointing – the hammam wasn't working, and the sauna and jacuzzi weren't hot enough. The thin walls meant we could hear everything from our neighbors. On the bright side, the staff is friendly, the location is excellent, and the view is lovely.

Terrible atención en recepción, excesivamente clasistas y desconfianza, en algún momento salí con micarrybon (para llevarla a reparar a RIMOWA) y recepcionista me detuvo para asegurarse no me fuera sin pagar.. terrible servicio y tacto. Poca experiencia los dos recepcionistas hombres que atendieron

Décevant- ne vaut pas le prix. Salle de bains sale. Rideaux de douche noires. Des bouteilles d’eau vide qui trainaient. Chambre propre mais petit pour un sois disant ´comfort’. Spa plusieurs choses qui ne marchaient pas.

Really nice and comfortable rooms and spa with outdoor pool / jacuzzi and two saunas with amazing views. Functional gym with more modern equipment. Staff was so-so and the wifi didn't work on the 5th floor.
