## Logement
The chalet features four bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed. One of the bedrooms is a master suite with its own private bathroom. The rest of the chalet offers two additional shower rooms, and each bedroom also includes its own washbasin for extra convenience.

The Flégère ski area and Chamonix Golf course are just a 10-minute walk away. Enjoy magnificent views of Mont Blanc, Les Drus and the Aiguille du Midi. The cottage is ideal for a family with children or a group of friends.

The spacious living and dining area opens onto a large balcony that stretches the length of the chalet, offering a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a beautiful private garden, perfect for relaxing and making the most of both summer and winter seasons.

You will have everything you need to have a great stay: Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer. You will also find a raclette machine, a fondue machine and sledges.

Please note that The fireplace is not working, so you can't make a fire.

The garden on the entrance side can accommodate up to 4 cars.

A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveller.

For bookings validated before 16 November 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost. For bookings made after 16 November 2023, linen is included.
You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

## Emplacement
Famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other touristic places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m of altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.
