A dual-level apartment located in the heart of the village of Argentière, within walking distance of shops, Les Grands Montets (300 m), and public transportation (50 m) to the valley. You’ll especially enjoy the views from its two balconies, your sauna, the private parking space, and the kitchen’s many amenities. All that’s left is to enjoy Savoyard cuisine and the many nearby activities with your loved ones. Ski locker and laundry room in the building. Welcome home!

The apartment is spread over two levels and consists of the following rooms. First, on the first level:
> Entryway / Hallway (freezer, wine cooler)
> Living room with dining area and access to a first balcony overlooking the Mont Blanc range
> Fully equipped open kitchen (combination oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, raclette grill, etc.)
> Master bedroom (140 cm bed) with TV and access to the second balcony
> Bedroom 2 with bunk beds (80 x 190 cm), also with access to the second balcony
> Shared bathroom for these two bedrooms (sauna, shower, sink, toilet)

On the upper floor, you’ll find:
> A second living room with a large-screen TV (120 cm) so the kids can enjoy their own space
> Bedroom 3 (140 cm bed)—low ceiling, but you can stand up in it.
> Bathroom 2 (tub, sink). Please note: there is no toilet in this bathroom.

A ski locker and a private parking space round out this property.

Located in the heart of the village of Argentière, you’ll enjoy immediate access to the glacier. The Grands Montets ski area is 300 meters away, as is the nearest supermarket. All essential shops are within easy reach, including restaurants, bars, and more. Although we’re happy to give you personalized recommendations, here are a few of our favorites:
➤L’Alpain: The best bakery in the area, just a 3-minute walk away! Go there without hesitation—everything is made on-site the same day. A personal favorite is the blueberry “patte d’ours.”

➤ La Crèmerie du Glacier: Whether on foot in summer or on skis in winter, this dairy is, in my opinion, the must-visit restaurant. Nestled in the mountains, you can enjoy a cheese sandwich with génépi while taking in the lush natural surroundings

➤ (Re)discover cross-country skiing:
Rent your touring skis at Intersport (1850 Rte d’Argentière) and strap them on right away to set off on a trail that takes you through the forest and across pretty streams. Feel free to stop for a bite to eat along the way at the Crèmerie du Glacier.

➤La P’tite Verte:
If you enjoy the charm of more traditional restaurants, be sure to make a reservation at La P’tite Verte. There, you can enjoy all kinds of cheese specialties.

➤Fubar:
Head to Fubar to unwind after a day of skiing, play ping pong or pool, take a ride on the mechanical bull, and have a few beers with friends.

➤ L'Argentero:
Grab a beer after a long day of skiing at L'Argentero at the bottom of the slopes; during peak season, there’s often live music.

For guests arriving by car, a private parking space is available in the residence’s underground parking garage. Free and paid parking spaces are also available in the village center.
A bus stop (Argentière) and train station (Mont Blanc Express) are right across from the residence, allowing you to explore the valley using our guest card.
To explore the rest of the region by car, it takes 45 minutes to reach Megève / St. Gervais and 1 hour 30 minutes to Geneva / Annecy. The center of Chamonix is just 10–15 minutes away.

Note: Located near the road connecting Chamonix to Switzerland, the apartment offers easy access. Please note, however, that during peak periods, traffic noise may be slightly audible.
