«Cabin was perfect for what we were looking for. It had everything we needed for the 3 days we were there. In a good location with a short drive to everything around. We would definitely rent this again in the future. »

«Cabin was as advertised, very homey. Had one very minor problem with a faucet and literally within 5 minutes of notifying owner, someone was there to take care of it. And it took only 5 minutes. Wonderful service. Have recommended to friends.»

«Nice and cozy but need a place to unpack clothing. We stayed a week and had to live out of the suitcases… We did have a few bug issues but being n the woods some are to be expected. Outside the cottage needed to be hosed down from cobwebs, tree dropping, etc. but again being in the woods some is to be expected. Maybe put chair cushions on two bar chairs for comfort? Needed wash cloths for a week long stay. Overall we would stay again but plan better?»

«Spacious cottage (in a resort full of cottages) nicely located to visit Boothbay Harbor, Wiscasset and a day trip to the Portland coast. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc to make it easy to cook. Large table for family game nights. Great beds! The front porch and lawn were better for hanging outside. The back patio area is small and needs cleanup but we did not need it. »

«This home is such a gem! A historic home that is updated with many modern conveniences. We’ve been to MANY AirB&B’s and this home was probably the best equipped we’ve been in! Convenient to Boothbay and lots of downeast inlets and harbors. Very quiet, but close to groceries, food and farm stands. Our only regret was not staying longer- we would have loved to grill and use the fire pit!»
