Our villa that is 200m walking distance from the sea and very close to Cesme center and the marina, is waiting for you in an immaculate way. Easy access everywhere due to its location yet peaceful.

Our villa, having 5 bedrooms with 5 en-suite bathrooms. 4 rooms have A/C and basement room is naturally super chill since it is underground level.

Great view of sea and green, pleasant garden use, a large pool, gym, play area, an open kitchen in the garden with BBQ and all needed equipments.

Our villa is 360m2 in total, on a 500m2 plot, with 3 floors. There is a large 15x4m sized pool with water fountain.

The landscaped garden provides a pleasant use in combination with the open kitchen. This kitchen has a pizza oven and barbecue. The open kitchen is connected to the patio area with a dinner table for 8 people, which is adjacent to the pool. Enjoyable afternoon coffees, amazing dinner parties and pool time can be spent here.

In the garden, it's never too hot, thanks to famous Cesme wind. But since our back is the hill, this wind is never too disturbing.

There are 5 rooms and 2 living rooms. The main living room on the ground floor has an American kitchen and opens onto the patio area. This very spacious living room has a giant screen TV, premium sound system and fireplace. There is a projection cinema system, sports equipment, table tennis and sauna in the downstairs hall. This place is very enjoyable for children and sports enthusiasts.

3 rooms are on the top floor, 1 room is on the ground floor and 1 room is on the bottom floor. All of our 5 rooms have air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. There are 5 bathrooms and 1 toilet in total. The master bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub in addition to shower. Total bed capacity is for 14 people, however 10 pax is suggested. There is a baby bed as well. Our beds are ergonomic and of high quality. You can be assured about the cleaning and comfort of the beds. 3 rooms have balconies and each balcony has table/seating set. Two of the balconies have a view of the sea and the marina, and the other has a view of the greenery.

All items are of the best quality and are in mint condition. Kitchen utensils, down to the smallest detail, have been thought and ready for use. There are Franke built-in white goods, toaster, coffee and tea machine, dinner set for 12 people...

There is an automatic over-door garage for 1 car.

The garden and pool are maintained regularly. If requested, daily cleaning or breakfast can also be provided.

Our villa is in a very safe area, there are also systems such as alarm, camera and automatic blinds in the house. The camera can be turned off if desired.
