Apartment 'Nucciola' with Sea View, Private Garden, and Air Conditioning

The Nucciola apartment on the ground floor of the villa in Cervione offers 48 m² for 2 to 4 guests. You have a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a living room with a sofa bed, as well as a bathroom and separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with a pod coffee machine. Bed linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided, and beds are made on arrival. Enjoy a private garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, air conditioning, a washing machine, TV, high chair, and a baby cot on request. Beach toys available on request. Sea and mountain views. Please note: not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (4 steps).

Villa Casa Alena in Cervione, set between sea and mountains, offers stunning views of the sea, beaches, port, and Italian islands.



Located in a peaceful natural setting just outside the village, the villa is 6 minutes from the beaches and a 10-minute walk from shops, restaurants, the cathedral, and museum. Set on a 15,000 m² forested property, you have access to hiking trails, waterfalls, and the mountains. Free on-site parking, with electric vehicle charging available for an extra fee.



The villa has two accommodations, each with a private outdoor area and sea and island views:



- Nucciola: a cozy 48 m² apartment for 2–4 guests,

- Castagna: a 78 m² house for 4–6 guests (1st floor), with equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and balcony with sea view.



Bed linen, towels, beach towels, and bikes are provided. Private spa available May to September.
