«The room was clean and the people very service minded and helpful. The room was very cold the first night, but they have a heater to put into the room and that made the difference!! We left before breakfast started, but they did prepare an early breakfast for us. Also assisted with transport to the busterminal, where we were guided to the correct booth. »

«Ok hotel in Puno, but a lot of noice from the city !, close nearby some Bars that was open to late so ...»

«Top Frühstück. Große Zimmer. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. »

«Good location few minutes walk to the plaza. Great restaurant nearby called Victoria burgers were amazing. Breakfast in the hotel is very basic dont expect much.»

«It was a little noisy, had to change my room. Also the front desk was not so friendly.»

«The location of the room was perfect, slightly separate from a lot of the other floating islands and so it felt more secluded. It was amazing waking up to the beautiful view in the morning. We went with the owner, Nestor, on a trip which was far better than the other organised tours. Nestor was friendly and talked us through everything to with the islands, the culture and the tourism. »

«The owners go way beyond in helping. Very relaxing stay»

«The place is good and near to the main square. But the room that we have, it was a little dirty, like recently they paint the roof and the paint was in all the parts ( beds, tablets, etc) and the room doesn’t have heater is very cool»

«Great location - easy walk to main square. Room was nice. Staff didn't speak much English but we muddled through. Main complaint was with breakfast.... supposed to be 6-8:30. We went down at 6:50, and none of the hot items were put out. What WAS available was pretty lame.»

«I do not have any comment. Everything were above the minimum standard.»
