«The friendliest staff and the best breakfast we had during our 3 weeks in Peru. It's a quiet location, and not too far to walk into city centre (or you could take a short taxi ride if you don't want to walk). The sound proofing is not too good, and we had one incidence where some people decided to party from 3 am to 4 am without reception doing anything about it. Except from that it was a great stay!»

«I stayed here for 1 night. The family running this hotel is genuinly kind and honest, and they treated me like a familymember. The room was simple, but clean. The owner made me fresh pancakes for breakfast which was really tasty. I would definitiviley recommend this hotel! :) I couldn't have asked for more!»

«I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me ...
