"Our stay at Casa Wagner in Brașov was unfortunately disappointing. The coffee machine didn’t work, and there was no air conditioning on the second floor. The unit on the first floor was outdated and impossible to regulate properly—it could only be turned on or off, and once switched off, it was unreliable to get running again, suggesting poor maintenance. Cleanliness was also below expectations. I would strongly advise against booking the Superior room, as it is located right next to a common area, making it extremely noisy. The staff made no effort to remind large groups to be considerate of guests, especially early in the morning. Additionally, I called ahead to ask about parking and was incorrectly told to park at Aro Palace for 24 lei per day, but in reality, it costs 15 lei per hour—this reflects a lack of service-mindedness. The only real positive is the fantastic location."
