«We loved the location and the view, but the property needs an upgrade. The mattress in our was too soft so that I vouldn’t rest well in the first night andcwe asked it to be replaced. The yowels were really old and needed replacement too. we didn’t use any amenities such sauna and ofurô vecause it was extra charged. The staff was wonderful, but the place needs a good renovation. We loved the cat and the dog. There should be more variety of food during breakfast, ex yogurt, honey, cereals, ...

«Rude staff. No towels. I got charged twice for no reason. Never returning»

«Fint gammelt og stilfuldt hotell sentralt beliggende i Santiago med gangavstant til mange gode restauranger, Skytower og malls. Bare blide og hyggelige mennesker på hotellet. Frokosten i lobby level var utmerket!»

«We booked transport to the airport from the hotel true the hotel. They said the price was 40 dollars. When we came to the airport, the driver said 45 dollars, we had to pay. We gave him 50 dollars, but he could not give anything back, so he took the 50 dollars. The hotel itself is quite new but is small and crowded. Its small comman areas and the cleaning is not very good at these ares. The staff was nice and helpful. But i dont rcomend using them because the ripoff whit the transport.»

«Room was not ready for check in at 1500hrs. Had to wait until 6pm. Very noisy, some sort of central ac fan outside the room gave me a headache. »
