Missing the basics

Like running water. Nothing like having the water shut off remotely by the owners while your kids are in the middle of showering. Fortunately the local team got it addressed within about 30 minutes but good grief. And the TV was locked and could not be accessed. No amount of troubleshooting or even the local team could get it figured out. Not for lack of trying but that seemed to be an owner issue as well. With plenty of houses available in Eagle Crest, I’ll happily find somewhere else next time. Having two occasions to interact with the property manager over a three day stay gives the property manager a 5 star review but that’s not the kind of fun I’m looking for on vacation.

Enjoyed this condo

The rooms were large and the kitchen well stocked with necessary items for a week long stay. The bathrooms were well designed but the master bath shower needs upgrading. Loved the floor plan.

Nice place!

We booked this last minute when our son qualified for a golf tournament. It’s nice a d roomy for one family, right for two. The master bathroom is huge! The neighbor seemed picky about where we parked, though there are no labeled spots. The only feedback I’d give the owners is to have a large serving platter.

The location and amenities were wonderful!

The process was seamless and the area was quiet. The property was clean and prepared when we arrived. It was easy to check in and everything was handy. The only drawback was the hardness of the beds. Although, for my husband it was perfect, so depends on your own preference.

Quiet and relaxing

Liked that this unit is on the end. Enjoyed the walking trails. Surface cleaning was good, deep cleaning not as good. Missing things in the main bath and the unit could use some touch up paint. Comfy furniture, nice deck with table to enjoy outside. Guest bed needs replaced very hard bed

Bathroom cleanliness

I’ve sent two emails to customer service, with pictures of the master bathroom. There was blood on the floor, hair and dust. It did not give confidence in COVID level cleaning. If you want the pictures please coNtact me. Also, the bbq did not get to temperature and was dirty.

Summer get away

Had a great time. The kids amenities are perfect. From bath toys to rocking chairs amazing touch. Kept the little one entertained for hours. Down side to the property a few kitchen items were not operational and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. We would recommend to a friend and probably stay again. Thanks again for allowing us to stay.

Nice and clean

The inside of condo was very clean but the patio needed cleaning, A family friendly location. I would suggest to condo owners to update kitchen supplies, there were chipped plates, new toaster needed, Updated games and movies.

I shouldn’t rave about this place, want to keep it to myself! It was lovely, peaceful and so restful. We don’t have one suggestion other than maybe a little sugar for coffee and tea. Great stay! Thank you!

Beautiful place with everything we needed.

The townhouse was perfect for friends getting together-very spacious and private. We had a few dinner parties and had everything we needed to entertain kids and family. Eagle Crest is an amazing place to stay. Enjoyed all the great hiking and doing yoga at Namaspa. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The staff were helpful and kind.

Great place for a fun getaway!

This condo is very clean and has everything you need. Very comfortable furniture and soft carpeting. Location is perfect at the end of the units on a very quiet street. Will definietly come back. The manager was just a phone call away with immediate answer to my one question.

Nice location but would not stay here again or recommend it.

The condo itself was nice and the floor plan was nice but the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. The linens are really poor quality and pilling. Many of the white towels had stains. The couch is worn out. Several of the stones on the front stair walk way are loose. My husband almost fell. This is very dangerous. Disappointing as we were celebrating my husband's birthday. We came home a day early because the beds were so bad. First time renting through VRBO not sure that I would do it again.
