The room was clean but the beds were very uncomfortable and lumpy; the pillows were horrible; the shower head once adjustable was stuck in one center position not ideal for showering; the room was very near the interstate and the windows were so thin, it sounded like traffic was going right under the window. The so called premium channels tv service was on dish and most channels were scrambled and a message saying “weak signal” was coming on often, the CNN channel had no sound whatsoever and the front desk lady was willing to move us but when we checked the other rooms had the same issue, she shrugged her shoulders and said I have no idea what is going on, it must be CNN’s fault! She was willing to check with management to find out. Next evening when we’ve got back to the room CNN still had no audio so I went to ask the front desk again what is going on, it was the same lady with a different attitude and she reacted like that was the first time she’s heard about it, she repeated the same I have no idea what is going on, she obviously did not bring it up with the management and she pretty much told me to deal with it!
I book travel services through Expedia thinking I get a bit of assurance that I would get decent service but from my last few experience the Expedia standards must’ve gone way down! I’ll have to reconsider when booking in the future.
