We didn't need much from the property owners, but they were attentive when we had questions and made sure we had what we needed for a great stay. While the property is right on highway 49 we didn't get disturbed in any way by vehicle traffic. The cottage is very nice and comfortable. »

«From the moment we walked into the rental, we were blown away by the welcoming details that Shannon and Steve left for us! They had a warm fire going for us when we arrived as well as relaxing music. What a touch!! «This sweet cottage was the ideal place for us to stay while visiting a relative in Redding. Outside of the town, it’s surrounded by trees and hills and is very quiet. The bed is really comfortable, the shower is great and we had everything we needed, including a selection of good coffee (pod machine) and laundry facilities. Check-in and out was seamless via the Smart lock. We would stay here again!»

«Situated a bit in the middle of nowhere in the off-season, but don't let that keep you away. Fantastic apartments, friendly staff and a great pool area (that sadly has little sun in the afternoon) provides an ideal base for day trips in the Tahoe area.»
