Our cozy dining area seats six and is perfect for both intimate family dinners and friendly gatherings. Located right next to the kitchen, it offers a smooth transition from cooking to enjoying your meals.

In the living room, you’ll find a beautifully comfortable sofa, ideal for unwinding with a good book or enjoying a TV show. Please note, the fireplace is not functional.

Step outside and dive into our stunning outdoor oasis, featuring a sparkling swimming pool that invites you to relax and rejuvenate. Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire home and surrounding grounds. However, access to utility room and Owner's closet will not be available.

We're here to help you every step of the way during your stay. While we won't be onsite with you, we're just a message or call away!

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.

- Saltwater Pool ONLY open from Memorial Day weekend to September 15th. No refunds are given for the pool not being available outside of those dates.
