The property was okay but not necessarily the best for what we were looking for. We traveled with a group and were unaware that there was only a single AC unit for the entire house inside the master bedroom which made it uncomfortable for most of the group as we traveled during a heat wave. The property is also extremely close to its neighboring a frames which I couldn't tell from the photos. We could definitely see into their rooms and they could see into ours which didn't make it feel like we were private at all especially because we were looking for a more secluded experiences. I wouldn't recommend it if you have a reactive or anxious pup because it is so close to neighbors and you will come in contact with lots of people, children and their dogs. When we arrived the trash bins inside the porch were turned over and we had to pick up trash when we arrived because we were concerned it would have attracted an animal. It is very close to shopping, mountain activities, Conway lake and Saco river so that was nice. I personally wouldn't come back since its just not for me but I can see it working for other people.
