"My family with 2 toddlers thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Conrad. Very kid friendly place. I had originally chosen another hotel, but as that turned sour we went to Conrad instead and was thrilled about our decision. Great good. Great staff. Great, massive pool. The sandy sections of the pool proved especially nice for us. Highly recommend."

"The resort was too crowded, and an unpleasant smell from the beach spread not only to the pool area but also throughout the entire back section of the hotel, including the halls leading to the rooms. During the late evening, the smell became so strong that it made us feel nauseous, which really affected the overall experience. It was overcrowded, and every time we needed something, it took quite a while. The room was spacious and nice, and the amenities were nothing to complain about. The view from the top was excellent. However, after staying in Indonesia for a month, this was the only hotel where I woke up with multiple bites on my body — I’m still not sure what caused them. We paid 3,500 NOK per night, and breakfast wasn’t even included. Overall, it’s an average hotel with a cool design, but definitely not worth the high price — that’s why I’m giving a lower score."
