Eksklusive villaer, skjult paradis nær strender, regnskog og naboøyene

Feriehuset vårt består av to fulle enheter. Fra utsiden ser du ett stort hus. Det er faktisk to separate enheter. Så du får to enheter / hjem for en pris. Hvert hus har stue, spisestue, kjøkken og vaskerom. Ovenpå er et romslig hus med tre soverom / to bad med plass til åtte. I underetasjen er et to-roms / to bad hus (pluss et datarom omgjort til soveområde) med plass til 6. Inngangene og er separate som sikrer personvern. Bassenget er spesialbygget med en spektakulær utsikt over havet og fjellene. Det er en stor overbygd terrasse og bar-b-que for leietakere.

Hjemmet vårt er et skjult paradis på en fjelltopp. Finn ro og ro. Gå i dvale med allsangen fra den berømte Puerto Rican 'coqui.' Nyt en spektakulær havutsikt, tilpasset svømmebasseng og et stort hage. Denne retrett fra fjelltoppen er privat, fredelig, skjult, men bare 2 miles fra motorveien, den største marinaen i PR, butikker, restauranter og strender. Du kan ærefrykt ved naboøyene du vil besøke (Culebra, Vieques, Icacos, Palominos).

Ovenpå er et fargerikt hjem i meksikansk stil med høye tak, håndmalte meksikanske fliser og rustikke møbler. Gled deg over møbler i massivtre i hele huset. Nyt en 40 fot balkong med fantastisk utsikt over havet. Hvis du liker å lage mat, vil du ikke forlate dette romslige kjøkkenet med mahogni skap og apparater i rustfritt stål. Sist, men ikke minst, vil du kjempe med de andre om gjesterommet med en fantastisk veggmaleri som dekker hele veggen og taket!

Huset nede er et moderne 2 sengs / 2 bad pluss et datarom omgjort til et ekstra soveområde. Det er et komplett kjøkken, spisestue, stue og vaskerom. Soverommene er 12 fot x 12 fot med full lengde skap og speildører.

Nyt en romantisk utsikt over bylysene nedenfor fra queen size-seng på soverommet ditt med aircondition. Hovedsoverommet har doble glassdører i glass for å sikre utsikt over fullmåne over havoverflaten. Hovedsoverommet har eget bad, takvifte, speilskap og høye tak. Den har også et tilknyttet datarom omgjort til et soveområde.

Dette røykfrie huset ligger to miles fra marinaen i Puerto Del Rey, ti minutter fra Seven Seas Beach, ferger til Culebra og Vieques og 1 time fra SJ lufthavn. Luquillo Beach og El Yunque Rainforest ligger 20 minutter unna. Det er daglige flyreiser fra Fajardo til Culebra & Vieques. Westin Rio Mar og Wyndham El Conquistador Resorts ligger i nærheten.

Huset ligger på en tomt mye med 6000 kvadratmeter gressplen, palme, banan- og mangotrær, orkideer ... Naboene er sparsomme, slik at du sjelden hører en bil gå forbi.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious home that perfectly accommodated all 12 of us. The house offers a unique charm, blending an antique feel on the second floor with a modern touch on the first—both incredibly comfortable. The final mile to the property features a slight steep, thrilling drive that we actually grew to love after the first trip!The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality from Monica. She was attentive and kind, offering 'motherly' advice on ocean safety and sharing local gems to explore when the weather turned. When our group mentioned a preference for new cookware, she had brand-new vessels delivered within just a couple of hours. She even made it incredibly easy to cancel an accidental double-booking without any extra charges.We also loved the 'co-host' Casper the cat; When we first met Casper, his initial hisses and growls gave us a bit of a fright! But don't let that first impression fool you—he is actually the sweetest cat. While he’s a bit hesitant around new faces at first, he truly wants to be friends. Casper is a polite outdoor cat who knows his boundaries; he’ll occasionally pop inside for a quick visit, but he never overstays his welcome. He’s also quite clever—he’ll 'tailgate' you right to his food box to remind you. Between the world-class balcony views of the mountains and ocean, the pristine auto-cleaned pool for the kids, and friendly neighbors like Don, it was an unforgettable experience. Monica is an awesome host!

The host was very helpful. Her directions were excellent. They took very good care of the property. The house was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We enjoyed our morning breakfast on the deck as we looked out over the ocean spotting islands and cruise ships. We also enjoyed bananas from the trees on the property. Itcwas an ideal house for 10 people. It was a wonderful Christmas vacation for the family.

This was an incredible stay, Monica checked in with me a few days before the trip with additional details to make our stay more comfortable. We ran out of propane our first day and the new tank was there within an hour. She was available within the hour for any questions I had. By the time we left- she felt like a friend I didn’t get the chance to meet. The view from this location is stunning- you really can’t beat it. It’s a little bit of a drive to Seven Seas & Luquillo- but entirely worth it for the privacy & little oasis you get here. We were able to enjoy dinner outside (all eight of us) on the patio. The rooms were cold enough to sleep & be comfortable from the heat & the patio is perfect for early morning coffee and a good book. Our favorite part of the trip was Las Tinajes - which was quite the excursion & then relaxing in the pool after a long day. If we make our way back to Puerto Rico- we will absolutely be staying here again! (We were having way too much fun to take any pictures unfortunately!) Also, I will miss Casper- the sweetest little outdoor cat. What a sweetie. Thank you again!

Birthday Celebration

It was an extraordinary experience, it rain alot and we still have a great time. We grill, play games, enjoy the lush vegetation, and the pool. The house is very conformable with everything you need available, also the stores are 10 minutes away down the mountain some of my guests said it was the most relaxing vacation they ever experience.

Breathtaking Views

Beautiful view! Tropical and relaxing. Had a great time. The pool was wonderful. Cool at first but easy to get used to on a hot day. Monica was very responsive to questions and helpful. Casper, the cat was friendly and our grandkids loved to feed him and make sure he had fresh water. Would have been nice to have a clothes line and a few hammocks! Very enjoyable stay.

A hard place to leave!

Our family of 13 (including 7 young children) enjoyed every moment at this beautiful property. With amazing views and spacious layout, this is a premier vacation rental. There's great outdoor space, ample comfortable beds and a wonderful pool area. There are well stocked kitchens on both levels. We ended up using the upper level for coffee and breakfast and the lower level for dinner, close to grill and pool. Monica is an exceptional communicator and thoughtful host. We had one brief power outage but there's a large generator to insure there's always power. Beautiful beaches and great hikes are all a short drive away. The kids loved the friendly cat and picking bananas and star fruit. Highly recommend this house for guests of all ages.

WOW- what property!!! Great place!!!

Monica could not have done more to take care of us. When the grocery stores were going to be closed because of Christmas hours, she volunteered to grocery shop ahead of time for us. It was nice to have food for Christmas Day!!! The property has enough space for all nine of us. Plenty of towels and pillows for everyone. We were so busy we hardly used the pool, but it was nice to soak our feet after a hike in El Yunque.Monica communicated often and quickly with us, so we had no problems during our stay. Added bonuses: our family loved the starfruit tree on the property and ate the fruit right off the tree AND the resident cat, Casper, helped ease our missing our own furry people we had to leave at home.Could NOT recommend more highly- you will have a great stay here!!!

We Loved Our Stay

Staying here was a highlight of our vacation. Our vacation to Puerto Rico was also part family reunion. There were 10 in our group and the house provided comfortable accommodation for everyone. The location is ideal for both relaxing and enjoying the beautiful ambiance of the house, and going on excursions to El Yunque, the bioluminescent bay at Luquillo, and the beaches of Vieques and Culebra. The decor is filled with distinctive and beautiful works of art throughout. We loved our stay and would happily recommend this house to friends and family.

Family Vacay in Ceiba

My family of 8 adults and 5 children from infant to 14 recently stayed at this home in Ceiba. The house is two units, with the downstairs recently updated, and the upstairs more in line with decor you would expect from a home in PR. We had the whole house. We had an issue with one of the AC units that the host immediately tried to resolve, but was unable to due to the tropical storm. The upstairs does not have an AC in the common area/kitchen, only in the bedrooms, so it was initially hot. We purchased an upright fan, put it in the master and pushed the air to the common area. This helped significantly. The house has a generator and a water cistern that we needed after tropical storm Ernesto blew through and Ceiba lost power. We felt comfortable and safe during the storm, and the host was in constant communication to update us and make sure we were ok, which we appreciated. The location is about a 4 minute drive up the mountain with lots of twits and turns to get there, but the view is worth the drive. The photos in the listing don't do the view justice. I found the listing to be accurate in terms of the description of the property. The outdoor patio area and the pool supplied countless hours of quality family time with the kids, even during the rain. The kids loved the nature surrounding the property, the fruit trees, and Casper the cat who lives on property. Despite the storm, we had a great stay, the host was great, and we would not hesitate to come back!

Wonderful Stay at Hidden Paradise

We had 11 of us (3 families) with kids aged 2-17 and we all loved the house and pool. The two units were perfect and allowed everyone to have their own space. The kids would have been fine with never leaving the house since the pool was beautiful, and they had so much fun. We used the downstairs kitchen since it was so convenient to the patio which we used a lot, but the one upstairs is perfect for large groups. The view looking toward the coast and city was gorgeous and especially at night made you feel like you were in a scene from a movie. There is a lot to do within 30 minutes of the house, so we took Monica's suggestion and took a sunset catamaran trip to Cayo Icacos which was wonderful. We also visited and hiked in El Yunque National Forest, visited several beaches and even got to get the grandkids pony rides in Luquillo. The house has a resident outdoor cat named Casper that is extremely friendly and he helped us miss our pets much less. He was great with the grandkids and acted like he was one of the family. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay in Puerto Rico.

Great Secluded House with Great Views!

Stayed here with for a family trip of 14, ages 2-76. We loved the house, it’s secluded location, and gorgeous views. House was convenient to see this part of the island, as well as a quick day trip to San Juan. The host communicated with us from a week before our arrival and throughout our entire stay, even making recommendations on activities, food, and local tips. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if you’re looking for something a little bit off grid, but within a quick drive to enjoy some of PRs best spots.

Wonderful Home

What a lovely home with an exquisite view! We so enjoyed our stay. There were numerous gathering areas so all nine of us could get together or find quiet spots to be alone. The pool was beautiful and well used. Any questions or issues we had were addressed quickly and efficiently by our very friendly host. We were in PR during spring break so lots of people and traffic- make reservations ahead of time if you have special adventures in mind. We went snorkeling ( most beautiful beach ever!), played in waterfalls in the rain forest and ate and ate and ate. Great trip and great home.

Amazing fortress near the top of a tropical mountain

Our family of 12 (three generations, ages from 76 down to 4) all enjoyed this house as our home base for exploring around Eastern Puerto Rico. Our group didn't utilize the downstairs kitchen much, instead cooking in the upstairs kitchen, just to have everyone together. The pool was great, and we spent many evenings sitting in the breezeway area, a nice, spacious covered outdoor space. Some VRBO listings may exaggerate views or sizes of rooms or yards, but not the case with this property. The views were stunning, and we had plenty of room to enjoy our week. The host's communication and response time was excellent. Highly recommended.

Paradise

We enjoyed our stay it is beautiful being on the mountain top and looking down at the ocean. It accommodated everyone in our group. There were extra towels which is a real plus. Showers all worked great, and bathrooms were well done. It was great to have 2 living spaces. There was plenty of room. The TV's were great when the children needed a rest. On the downside we vacationed there in February and the pool was cold and there was no heat in the Jacuzzi. Grocery stores are not that close. You will have to light the pilot if you cook upstairs. If you bring young children make sure you purchase the Insurance, we were charged for the window shade in one of the bedrooms. One of the grandchildren pulled it down too far & it separated at the top. I did purchase the Insurance and was glad I did. The Manager is easy to reach & helpful. I would definitely go back it is a beautiful Villa.

Perfect family vacation rental

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location and views are spectacular. We were grateful for the mountain breeze that kept us comfortable both day and evening as we sat out on the deck/balcony enjoying coffee, meals, and cocktails. The two unit setup was perfect for our group of 14–providing ample space and privacy, as needed. The outdoor entertaining area was just what we needed to host additional family for an outdoor Christmas gathering! The kids spent hours every day in the pool and loved having the run of the yard. We will definitely be back!

Fun Fun

We had the best time at Monica’s property with extended family. There is is much space to accommodate everyone, we had ages 4-84! The pool was wonderful, both spaces were well equipped with everything we needed. Monica is a fabulous host who was available to talk to me before my stay and answer a question I had! Great visit! We will be back!

beautiful retreat

drive, drive, drive(from the airport)and then climb a steep hill to find this hidden gem! Fabulous view! Great outdoor space! Quiet and safe and so beautiful!! Short distance to El Yunge to explore for a day. So close to the marina in Fajardo to get to the Island of Icacos. Loved the big table and sitting area around the pool, right outside of the kitchen. Wish there would have been a better way to get from the upstairs unit to the downstairs unit, but not a big deal.
