«A good starting point for sightseeing in case you are driving. The castles in the area (Rhuddlan, Conwy, Grwych) or Llandudno er just a short drive away. Also it is next to nothing from the highway. Clean and quiet rooms (we got a room in the annex), not an overpriced restaurant right at the hotel next to it. Would return.»

«Excellent spa facilities. Clean rooms and comfortable bed»

«Excellent place to stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Cosy bedroom, comfy beds. All very clean. The food was tasty. We enjoyed an evening meal and breakfasts.»

«Brief stay for a local wedding. Staff v friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Easy checkout.»

«David and Elvira are fantastic hosts who ensure that your stay is very personal. The room we stayed in was very clean and perfect and had everything that we needed e.g tea, coffee and luxury bath products. The breakfast was excellent - couldn't eat everything as the portions were so large. Would highly recommend and look forward to going back!»

«Excellent pub bed and breakfast, friendly staff, car park, nice clean comfy room with en suite toilet and shower. Lovely breakfast full english, tea and coffee, toast selection of cereals. Value for money in a convenient location.»

«Beautiful location with the stream running in front. Located in a quaint village - it was lovely and quiet! Room was lovely and very spacious and breakfast was delicious. About a 45 minute drive to Llangollen which was a lovely place to visit. Sian and the cleaner (so sorry I forgot her name!) we're extremely friendly and helpful, even gave me access to their mobile hot-spot and helped with local attraction advice. The check-in / bar staff were a little less helpful, including dinner service - ...

«Although the room was dated ,the bed was very comfy, room very clean, The breakfast was lovely ,staff couldn't do enough for you . I wouldn't definitely stay here again»

«Really nice grounds and private lodges. Hot tub was lovely. The lodge could have been cleaner - the blinds were dirty, there was dust on the light shades and dirt around the edges of the rooms. The boiler worked but it didn’t seem to warm up the main living area. We ended up putting the oven on and leaving the door open. The oven was electric (not fan) and the element was at the top so it burnt food before cooking it. Rich, the out of hours member of staff was extremely helpful and went out of ...

«The hotel is lovely, but bathroom a bit disappointing. Spa feels dated, but had nice staff. Nice breakfast, with average room»

«Welcoming staff, large family room, comfortable bed, breakfast delicious. Stairs quite steep (i should have booked a room on lower floor) i didnt have any issue but felt if i had they would de addressed and dealt with effectively. Thank you for a wonderful stay over.»

«It was basic but clean, bed was comfortable was ideal for what we wanted»

«I stayed at the hotel. A beautiful large room better than expected. The hotel also features a bar/club so be prepared for noise if you want to get your head down before 11pm. Breakfast was a bit haphazard. There was no breakfast buffet which would have been a bonus and quite frankly, is not difficult to arrange. The breakfast was poorly cooked with no finesse - broken egg yolks, food swimming in lots of grease and the water from the poached eggs soaking the toast - oh dear! Evening meal ...

«Fantastisk koselig lite hotel for de som ønsker en ekte opplevelse av Wales. Kjempetrivlige verter og en fantastisk god seng. Her føler du deg ivaretatt og sett. Servicen var helt topp. Veldig bra frokost, anbefaler eggerøre med laks. 😊👍»

«Spacious clean and well maintained bedrooms at the Quay. The staff are friendly and attentive and the breakfast has a lot of choice and is very good. We didn’t use the spa so I’ve no comment to add.»
