«The air was out in the entire building and they only had a few fans. 1 or the 2 elevators near the lobby from the parking garage was broken. This made the morning exit more time consuming than usual. Fire alarm went of several times when there was no issue. We've stayed here before with no issues but this was a terrible stay.»

«Had no issue checking in and the staff was pleasant to work with. The room we reserved was clean, spacious, and provided everything we expected. The parking lot was well lit so we felt comfortable leaving some of the heavier gear in the truck overnight. Breakfast was great so we could fill up before a day's work. The room temperature was easy to set and we slept well during our entire stay. When we return the to area, this will be our first choice to check for availability.»

«Staff was great, very easy check in. Hotel is a little difficult to find at night. Very convenient to I 85. If you plan on visiting Greer or Greenville there are much closer properties, we were further out than we thought going by the on line description. all in all a fine, clean hotel»

«We were switched to three different rooms on our stay. The first room the ac would not blow out and there were stains all over the sheets, second room we woke up the next morning and our toilet would not flush like there was no water to it, the third room was okay but the fridge never got cold. »

«Lock on my room was broken and they used duct tape to hold it together, holes in the curtains, cigarette burns in blanket, stains on ceiling, gaps in door. This was the wirst motel I have ever seen. They also over charged me claiming my Expedia charges were not correct. Above me there was 10 people sharing two rooms parting all night and throwing trash over the railing. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!»

«The room was stark bare. Nothing -- no hair dryer, no coffee pot, no dishes, not even a spoon in the kitchen. In other extended stay places, the kitchen is usually stocked. A QR code in the kitchen assures that guests can get whatever they need, and I was provided promptly with a hair dryer when I asked, but be aware that if you say here, you'll need to ask for everything.»

«The staff was polite, helpful and friendly, he tried to help us by changing our room several times, one room we walked in and there was a roach crawling across the bed, the next room we tried the was a bed bug on the bed, sheets didn’t look clean and the window was broken and open, the third room was ok just a dead roach on the wall and the smell of drugs throughout the hallway smh!! By this time I was done and me and my family went to stay with other family for the night »

«Me and my husband visited and stayed in the hotel for less than 2 hours. The room was not cleaned very well or hasn’t been occupied in a long time. My husband tried to take a nap and woke up 30 minutes into the nap scratching his arm- there were bed bugs. We left immediately. The only good thing was the Staff was very friendly.»
