The master bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, is located on the ground floor and opens onto a screened porch that overlooks the Gulf. Up a half flight of stairs, you`ll find the guest bedroom with twin beds and a tub shower combo bathroom, as well as a laundry center.

The top floor houses the living room, dining area, and kitchen, all with stunning views of the Gulf. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a hideaway sofa bed, and sliding glass doors opening onto a screened porch for even more living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, electric range and oven, microwave, and coffee maker.

Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi and Dish network on the three TVs located in the living room and each bedroom. A garage is available for one vehicle, and there is additional first-come, first-served parking available.

Take advantage of the two bicycles provided during your stay and explore the surrounding area. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with irrigated foliage and old live oak trees. Whitman Point is built on an ancient shell midden, which has been fortified with a seawall that offers stunning views from 12 feet above the water. Stairs lead down to the beach and kayak launch, as well as a fishing pier and dock. Fishing and kayaking are both popular activities in the area.

-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
