The primary suite features a comfortable King bed, Smart TV, closet, and dresser with plenty of storage for longer stays. A private ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and spacious vanity, offering plenty of room to refresh after a day on the water.

The second bedroom also features a Queen bed, Smart TV, closet, and ceiling fan, creating a comfortable and welcoming retreat for family members or additional guests.

A second full bathroom, conveniently located off the hallway, includes a walk-in shower and vanity and is easily accessible from the main living area and second bedroom.

Access & Parking

Please be aware that this is a third-floor unit and requires climbing two flights of stairs. There is no elevator at this property.

One assigned parking space is provided for the unit and is located on the right side of the main parking area.

Limited boat parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.

• No pets are permitted.
• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
• This property does not have an elevator.
• Boat parking is limited and subject to availability.
• McCormick Management manages the vacation rental but does not manage or control the community swimming pool or hot tub facilities. Pool and hot tub availability, closures, maintenance schedules, and operating conditions are determined by the condominium complex and are outside of McCormick Management’s control.

-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
