Interior
The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy on the private balcony or at the cozy dining area. The living room provides ample seating, a flat-screen TV, and access to scenic water views. Just off the living room is a beautiful dining area that can seat up to 6.
The master bedroom includes a king bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen bed, with access to an additional full bathroom in the hall.

Exterior & Amenities
Guests have access to Nature’s Landing’s shared amenities, including a refreshing pool, hot tub, elevator, and free WiFi. The community’s waterfront location offers breathtaking sunsets and opportunities to explore Cedar Key’s natural beauty.

Parking
There is ample parking at Nature`s Landing in the open, uncovered spots at the front of the building. Roseate`s Retreat it also lucky to have a covered spot as well for guest to use during their stay.

***IMPORTANT NOTE: The pool heater is currently not working at full capacity, so the pool may not be as warm as expected. The hot tub is warm and fully usable. We’re actively working to get the pool heater resolved as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding.***

There is a pack`n`play available upon request
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.

Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles.
