«The first room we were assigned smelled like an ash tray to which we were told that it was a non smoking room so it shouldn’t smell. The door also did not lock. The next room had urine on the toilet bowl rim, and pubic hair in the shower. We were given 1 bath towel for 4 people. There was no toilet paper or tissues in the room. Luckily the linen closet wasn’t locked so we were able to get our own towels and toilet paper. Horrible experience overall!»

«This was our groups first stay at this property and we were not disappointed! The communication with the host, Ryan, was excellent, the cabin was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and the view was spectacular. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs, looking at the mountains. The hot tub and fire pit were an added bonus that we enjoyed very much. «We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going ...

«Above garage apartment works good for two on Jackson river. River bank is a bit steep at waters edge at property. Easy ride to bike path. Property is shared with other guests who stay in main house and share the driveway and parking area.»

«One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed In over the last 20+ years of frequent travel. First, there is not enough parking in the motel as it appeared many guests are living there. So you have to park in the overflow across the street, not the end of the world but not ideal. Also, upon arrival, we noticed one side of the building was completely caved in from an apparent vehicle ramming and caution taped off. Again, not earth shattering, but not a great aesthetic either.
