Best in class in value for money.
Very nice and helpful staff all over, superb and effective check-in, room with good bed, good shower and curtains with excellent blending. The hotel is best in class in value for money.

Relativt sentralt og rimelig hotell
De første dagene på hotellet slet jeg og samboer med å sove... Rommene har ikke lydisolering, og jeg sover veldig lett. Man kunne høre smelling med dører, og det var fugler i atriumet i 3 etasje som bråket fælt hele natten og morgenen. I tillegg var det renovasjon av 3 etasje... Vi klaget, og hotellet ordnet opp med å oppgradere oss til et større, finere rom i 5 etasje uten ekstra tillegg! Dette var veldig bra! Sengene var også veldig, veldig gode. De har memory foam overmadrass, og er deilige å sove i. Jeg er kresen når det gjelder senger! Personalet var også hyggelige, og hjelpsomme. Litt slitt på det første rommet (badekar var sprekt flere steder, og så gammelt ut). Vi var der 11 netter, og sov bedre etter jetlag o.l hadde gitt seg. Anbefaler ørepropper hvis du sover lett, som meg ;) Alt i alt, et bra hotell for prisen!

Meget god standard til en hyggelig pris
Meget god standard til prisen. Litt utrivelig nærnoråde med bakgater der en bør unngå å gå alene i mørket, men sentralt - ta en drosje utenfor hotellet

Great hotel in Cebu
Stayed here for one night before our next-day-departure towards Bantayan. Hotel was nice and good value for money, and the staff was smiling, helpful and polite. The only negative experience I had, was the wifi. It was as good as useless.

Nice place
I have to say this place had the most comfortable bed I slept in so far on my 2 weeks in the Philippines. The staff were amazing and helped me with my laundry and did other general things for me. However the Hot water wasn't available for the evening I was staying there.

Very good but two issues
Best bed I have slept ok on a 4 month south east Asia trip. Staff are excellent. Close to a kfc and other restaurants. Room is great- perfect size with balcony, clean and well appointed. I have deducted a star bc the internet basically was not working at all. The staff did try to help but nothing worked. Also the hot water is basically luke warm at best.

It’s a convenient location only 0.5 to 1 km walk from the ATM, drug stores, Ching Hua hospital and Cebu Doctor’s Hospital and many restaurants. The room is clean, large, attractive and modern. The breakfast buffet is simple but acceptably good. During the day, it’s a little noisy because of the street noise. Overall I liked it. It’s a good value and I recommend it.

It was very convenient for me--to go downtown, uptown, shopping, church, and everywhere I went. The facility, if there's something needs to be done -it's handled right away. The staff, from the receptionists, the Halo Restaurant staff, the maintenance or housekeeping crew, the management personnel, and the guards were very nice and courteous.

Was sehr gut war, da wir spät angekommen sind, konnten wir an der Rezeption Essen von einem Restaurant auswärts bestellen und bezahlen, was dann auch schnell geliefert wurde. Für kleine Einkäufe ist ein seven/eleven in der nähe. Reinigung des Zimmers könnte besser sein. Zustand der Möbelierung ausreichend. Zimmer mit Balkon (Deluxroom) unnötig, da die Aussenanlage der Klimaanlage (Warme Abluft und Lärm) dort installiert wurde und somit ein Aufenthalt unmöglich ist. Für eine Nacht ok.

Our booking with Expedia was declined by the hotel. This was a terrible experience to say the least. I am still waiting for a full refund of payment.

Nice and cheap property. Excellent service and cleanliness. Would highly recommend to all tourists if you are looking for less budget and quality hotel in cebu city. All the cafe and restaurants are nearby, Seven eleven 24 hours open nearby only.

First impressions were positive with a friendly check in experience. The room was OK, but a bit worn and tatty. There was no hot water. We reported the problem and were told that it could not be fixed until the next day. It was late, so we accepted this. The next morning we again reported the problem before going out. We returned early afternoon and only then did 'the engineer' come to check the problem. He could not fix it, mentioning something about a centralises system. Senior Management did their best to avoid us, leaving junior staff to handle our complaint. They offered another room, again no hot water. Finally they said they could bring buckets of hot water for us to wash with. Call be fussy, but I think running hot water is a prerequisite for a 3 star hotel. We asked for our money back so we could move hotels. They refused, saying it was not their policy. We decided to leave. We booked into the Quest hotel for slightly more money than we paid at St Mark. It turned out to be vastly superior.

Excellent boutique hotel. Spacious clean rooms, some with a balcony. Clean bathrooms and soft towels. Comfortable bed and clean, soft linen. There’s a fridge, water kettle, sat tv and fast wifi. The restaurant is small but cozy with a good selection for buffet meals.
