Communication was not good. Received an email that I would be notified of check in instructions 48 hours ahead. The day before check in I inquired. Then I received an email stating 24 hours. I believe it was 2 hours prior to check in that I had to write again. I was instructed " get the key from the guard ". No one at the desk knew anything ??? After several phone calls from the staff to the host I find out the key is in the mail box. Upon check out I waited until 2 hours prior to ask how to check out and received a message that I would receive instructions 24 hours in advance ??? I left the key in the mailbox and sent a message. Room was small but okay. Found roaches in the bathroom. Room needs to be treated for insects. I extended my stay another 5 days and never received any information from host. Host needs to do a better job of communicating with guests.
