Welcome to your breezy beach escape! This bright and contemporary studio setup—made up of two charming side-by-side units—sits just steps from the sand and surf in laid-back Cayucos. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, these inviting coastal gems each accommodate 2 guests and are designed for relaxing getaways filled with sunshine, local flavor, and ocean air.

Inside each studio, you’ll find vibrant, open-concept interiors thoughtfully designed for connection and comfort. Please note: the bungalows do not have air conditioning, but the coastal breeze and ceiling fans keep interiors comfortable year-round.

The living areas invite you to kick back on plush seating or unwind with a movie night on the TV. Fully equipped kitchens with barstool seating make it easy to gather for everything from pancake breakfasts to evening charcuterie and wine.

Step outside to your private outdoor seating area, where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind in the fresh ocean breeze, all while enjoying ocean views.

Guests will also have access to a communal oasis-like lounge, complete with lush greenery, a firepit, plenty of outdoor seating, and a bar area with barstools.

Located in the heart of Cayucos, this bungalow puts you just minutes from the beach, the iconic Cayucos Pier, and Highway 1—your gateway to exploring the scenic Central Coast. Spend your days beachcombing, tide pooling at Estero Bluffs, or heading down to Morro Bay for kayaking and oysters.

Home Truths:
- There is no washer or dryer, but an iron and ironing board are provided.
- There is no air conditioning.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- There is no washer and dryer in the unit, and it is not available for guest use within the condo complex. The nearest laundromat is Laundraland, located at 489 S Ocean Ave., Cayucos.
- Please note that these units are in a shared building, and none of these units have private balconies.

Parking Details:
- Parking is located at the back of the building and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
