«We booked last minute for a beach getaway on our anniversary. The unit is a little dated but very clean and well kept. It is right on the beach but the unit faces the street. There is a small porch on the side with a beach view. The location is great and only a short walk to Stump Pass Beach State Park. Overall we had a great stay here.»

«Love a warm late winter trip to FL from PA! Really enjoyed a nice relaxing stay at Di's place. We had absolutely everything we needed!! The lanai was my favorite spot for AM coffee & PM wine & book. Fishing was a hit for the guys. The pool temp was perfect for us girls. We had some really great meals, K&K Bakery, Twisted Fork, Sandbar Tiki & Grille, Farlow's on the Water, Lighthouse Grill, The Waverly and The Village Brewhouse at the Fishermen's Village to name a few favorites.»

It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Its located close to many conveniences in downtown Cape Coral. The property manager was very accomodating with my requests. If I’m in the area anytime, I will definitely return to this property.»
