«Nice and clean hotel. Only two mebers of the staff were nice. The rest of the staff were unfriedly. Everybody make you feel that they are makjng you a favor. I was told by a front desk staff that maybe the rules are not from everybody. The frisrt 3 days I have to get my own coffe in the breakfast area. Everybody was chatting in the corner of the restaurant. They neeed a customer service training.»

"I loved the room and the location. I didn't realize it had no windows or balcony. Most don't I think. It said "Interior" so I guess I didn't understand what that ment. Also they have a kettle and tea, but no cups. You get one coffee a day at the reception and it's not very good. But the location was perfect and a nice hotel in general. "
