Hoteller nær Cave Gardens

«OK, so it's a real prison. And we were staying off-season, and by chance we were the only guests there that night... and the check-in was all automatic. So the whole thing was kind of surreal as we walked around the prison yard, reading the signs about historic prison life etc. You REALLY get the vibe of being in an old gaol, so don't stay there if you're going to get freaked out by things like that. Beds were comfortable, room had everything we needed, but again remember: prison vibe. On the ...

«We only stayed for 1 night on the way to Adelaide but the hotel was excellent. Our room was huge, the food in the hotel was of a high standard and the staff couldn't have done enough to help us.»

«Has been a few years since staying here so I wasn't sure what to expect. Upon arrival I'm greeted nicely and advised of a room upgrade!!! I go to my assigned room and that's when things get a little sketchy. Approach room and door is ajar - hmm not the usual thing to expect. Should I enter with caution and taser on standby? I decide - hey this is Mt Gambier you only live once. Well, the door requires a good old fashion slam to shut - maybe that's why it's ajar in the first place. Upon ...

«Terrible check-in, unfriendly, room with no door to the toilet, breakfeast was inkluded but we was asked to make our own in a very little kitchen. In the morning the electricity went out and we could not do any breakfast. We just wanted to leave, but none in the reception. After serching around we found a lady cleaning and luckely she took our key and we could drive away.»

«Rent rom. Enkel check inn. Gode senger. Lett parkering. Grei gangavstand til flere spisesteder »

«This place is perfect for the business traveller. Although parking is a bit of a squeeze, the rooms are spacious, comfy bed, have a great desk to work at, (no freezer in the fridge, though...) and walking distance to everything useful - supermarkets, food, pubs, banks and so on. This is not a 5 star rated premises (probably 3-4 star rating) but it is 5 star for the price. This will be my first choice in future when in Mount Gambier.»

«Clean room. We were in deluxe. Good value .»

«The room was spacious.»

«Nice place. Base queen rooms are quite comfortable. Older style rooms that have seen makeovers. Bed is a bit ordinary. However, the restaurant is first class. The food is sensational and service is really impeccable. Had breakfast here too and that again was excellent with the same great service. I would recommend a stay here but maybe cough up for a better room. There is quite a range and some of them look really nice»
