The information handbook was comprehensive.It was very clean and well maintained and was also in a wonderful location with beautiful scenery all around it.The only downside was the bathroom and the lack of shower screen and wall mounted shower. »

«Lovely cosy cottage. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.We loved the wildlife and the spectacular views. So peaceful and a very short drive to Barnard castle. If I'm to be picky I would say a heater would be a good idea in the conservatory for colder months. The cottage itself was really warm. I can honestly say there is nothing to complain about. «A lovely cosy cottage in a very pleasant village. There was a comprehensive folder giving information about the various utilities and suggestions for walks and visits. The furniture was comfortable and the beds were amazing. Some great walks for the dogs and lots to do in the beautiful surrounding countryside. We would happily book again. »
