«We visited the property for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The accommodations and staff are world-class. Clarista's team were alert, attentive, and friendly. The rooms were well appointed. We split our time between the pool and beach, which both felt very private. Keyon went out of his way to ensure our comfort. We appreciated our time at the resort and will be back.»

«Beautiful resort with a spacious and clean room. Nice balcony as well. Everything was very well furnished. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive, really can’t praise them highly enough. Also very on point when it comes to amenities and arranging taxis and private travel. My wife and I had a fabulous time and we will absolutely be back in the future!»

«Relaxing in the bar or pool you can enjoy the view of Great Anse.Also, you don't need to leave the premises to rent a car. Chris was also very helpful driving us to our permanent residence after quarantene. That is stellar service!»

«The room was clean, Mr Angus welcomed us on arrival also let us know if we needed anything to let him and the staff know. It was a great couple of weeks the staff was amazing very helpful and assisting us with what is needed. Mary and Adrien were the best. Appreciated them so much with assisting me. «In a word, Shauna. She’s the hotel manager who took excellent care of us. Our plane was very delayed but she was there waiting for us at night to make sure our driver would stay. She showed us to our room and said to not worry about checking in until tomorrow because we were tired. Checked on us the next morning. She was amazing. »

«We had a fabulous time at Mt. Cinnamon Resort! The beach is not only spotless but stunning and most relaxing! The water is a true turquoise/teal color - a dream!!! We loved the walk to the beach and up the hill to our villa (exercise during the day!), but for those not interested/able, there is a hotel shuttle up the hill. «We wanted a hotel close to the beach and close to the airport, and Grooms fit the bill nicely. Not too much action going on at the nearest beaches, however, so if you want a beach with a restaurant/bar you need to take a taxi for about 5 minutes. The restaurant is OK, nothing special, and the rooms are also just rooms. But the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and helped make it a very pleasant stay.»

« We really liked this hotel ,first the room was nice,clean and in good condition. Everything worked and nothing was broken. The hotel is built on a small mountain with many different levels. The food was good but there was not enough choices and somewhat repetitive. The dessert portions were much too big which led to waste. The staff were generally very polite and would ask you about your day. Getting a place at the beach was never a problem. The only thing was that a real pain was trying to get ...
