The Space:

Designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, this 1,550-square-foot single-story condo features an open and functional layout. Unwind in the spacious living room, share meals in the dining area, or sip your morning coffee on one of the four private patios.



The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and opens to its own patio with a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining.



Sleeping arrangements are comfortable and private:

Primary Bedroom: Features a king bed, a TV, and direct access to a private patio.

Second Bedroom: Offers another king bed and a TV.

Den/Third Sleeping Area: A flexible space with a sleeper sofa that can also serve as a home office with a dedicated workspace.



The home includes two full bathrooms:

One bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination.

A second bathroom with a walk-in shower.



Additional comforts include:

Central air conditioning and heating

Multiple TVs with cable

An in-garage washer and dryer

A private, enclosed garage for your vehicle

Cathedral Canyon Country Club is a gated, resort-style community known for its peaceful atmosphere, lush landscaping, and convenient location. The community includes golf courses, tennis courts, and nearby hiking trails, shopping, dining, and all that Cathedral City and the greater Palm Springs area have to offer.



Guest Access:

Guests will have complete and private access to the entire condo unit. This includes:

All interior living spaces and bedrooms.

Four private patios, including one with a BBQ grill.

The private front entry courtyard.

A private, enclosed garage for one vehicle.



Additionally, guests are welcome to use the shared community amenities, which include a swimming pool and spa. (Community pool and spa hours may be restricted; pools are heated between Oct/Sept - April annually, pool location on a rotating schedule at HOA discretion.)

This is a quiet residential community, and guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors at all times.

Please review these important details for your stay:



** City of Cathedral City’s MINIMUM NIGHT Requirements. ** Please note properties without a City-issued Short-Term Rental License are restricted to rentals with a minimum stay of 30 consecutive nights.



*** MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT *** The person renting the property MUST be 25 years old per the City of Cathedral City.



*** CITY REQUIREMENTS for RENTAL CONTRACTS: ***

In compliance with City Cathedral City regulations, the primary renter must provide a copy of a government-issued ID, submit the license plate numbers for all vehicles parked at the property, and sign a required rental agreement prior to check-in *All verifications and contracts are submitted through an alternate page called SuiteOp after confirmation of reservation**



*** SECURITY DEPOSIT *** THE SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD IS $2499 for reservations exceeding 30-days AND WILL BE PROCESSED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN/ARRIVAL AND RETURNED 7 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF CHECK-OUT TO ALLOW POST INSPECTION OF PROPERTY FOR CLEARANCE OF CONDITIONS. *(Does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb to which different security deposit rules will apply.)



*** EARLY Check-in / LATE Check-out: *** We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.



***CANCELLATION POLICY:** Please be advised that a 5% service charge applies to all refunds to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees. Refer to the platform's cancellation policy for specific refund amounts and timelines. Because life is unpredictable, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Once a reservation is confirmed, we offer guests the option to purchase travel insurance, which can provide coverage in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that we must adhere to our cancellation policy since the property is reserved exclusively for each guest, making it unavailable to others. If you have existing travel insurance through a provider or credit card, we recommend reviewing your coverage.

* 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

* 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

* No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.

* NO CANCELLATIONS DURING HOLIDAY AND SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS**



*** ADDITIONAL CLEANING REQUIREMENTS for mid-term or extended stays: *** To maintain the exceptional condition of the home, reservations of 45 consecutive nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150.00 per service (linen laundering not included), in addition to the departure cleaning fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality so you can arrive with confidence and enjoy a pristine, welcoming home from the moment you arrive.



*** OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER CATHEDRAL CITY ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.



**MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERIES ***

Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay; however, deliveries are made at the guest’s own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages.

Please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries. Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option.

While we will do our best to assist if an issue arises, our ability to help retrieve missing items is limited and cannot be guaranteed.



*** FOR FAMILIES:** A highchair and a Pack ‘n Play are available upon request at no extra charge.
