    Moderne villa med 4 soverom og 3,5 bad, beliggende i et privat, inngjerdet golfresort. Dette er en hjørnebolig i utkanten av anlegget, med god privatliv og fullt inngjerdet. 10 minutter fra sentrum av Palm Springs. Spillrom i garasjen med klimaanlegg, airhockey og fotballspill. Privat, ekstra stort svømmebasseng og boblebad. Vannsklie for barna.
    Mulighet for å leie privat golfbil. Husdyr er velkomne. Vi gleder oss til å ta imot dere :)

    Avgiften for oppvarming av bassenget er 115 USD per natt fra november til april. Oppvarming koster 85 USD per natt fra mai til oktober. Vennligst gi oss beskjed på forhånd hvis dere ønsker å varme opp bassenget. Oppvarming av bassenget må kjøpes for hele oppholdet.

    Kjæledyr er tillatt, så lenge de er stuerene og eventuelle flekker ryddes opp umiddelbart, da dette kan skade gulvene. Kjæledyr som blir etterlatt alene i huset, må holdes i bur. Det påløper et kjæledyrgebyr på 40 $ per natt per kjæledyr.

    I henhold til Cathedral City gjelder det stille timer fra kl. 22.00 til kl. 08.00. Bruk av utendørs fasiliteter/aktiviteter som forårsaker støy er forbudt fra kl. 22.00 til kl. 08.00. I tillegg til støystandardene angitt i kapittel 11.96 i regelverket, skal ingen radiomottaker, musikkinstrument, grammofon, CD-spiller, høyttaler, karaokemaskin, lydforsterker eller andre maskiner, enheter eller utstyr som produserer eller gjengir lyd, brukes utendørs eller være hørbar utenfra i noen enhet som brukes til korttidsferieutleie. Maskiner, innretninger eller utstyr som forsterker musikk inne i en korttidsferiebolig, skal til enhver tid være slik at lyden ikke kan høres utenfor eiendomsgrensen til korttidsferieboligen.

    Alle beboere i ferieboliger skal respektere naboenes privatliv og deres rett til å nyte overnattingsstedet sitt i fred og ro.

    TOT-satsen (Transient Occupancy Tax) er 12 % for Cathedral City og 1 % for Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District (GPSTBID).

Had a great stay with our family and grandparents. Comfortable home with everything we needed, liked the en-suite bathrooms on 3 of the bedrooms. Really enjoyed the pool and the kids loved the waterslide. Would stay again.

This property is a great place to stay when exploring beautiful Palm Springs. It has everything you need for a great time including a fun pool, a well appointed kitchen, comfy furniture and beds and its in a great location!

We loved this home! 4 adults and 4 kids. The bedrooms are beautiful and really loved how each room had its own bathroom, very convenient. The pool and spa were so much fun, the kids loved the slide. Pool and home were very clean, we had no issues at all. Very nice washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen and lots of extras for cooking. We BBQ'd each day and the grill was easy to use. Communication, check-in were very clear, we had no issues at all. The owners of the property were responsive and timely. Would absolutely stay again, this is our new favorite place in Palm Springs.

This house was perfect for us. We were three couples and everyone had room to spread out. The house is beautiful and the large pool was used a lot. Everything worked and the beds were very comfortable. We weren't aware of how windy it can get in Cathedral City in late spring and a couple days had us running for cover due to blowing dust and sand. I wondered how they did down at Coachella and Stagecoach. Anyway, a quick hose off of the pool deck and outdoor furniture and we were back to enjoying the beautiful back yard. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place and location!

Love the Desert Princess and the property! Easy access to downtown and the airport. The large outdoor area was lovely, especially with the nice view.

beautiful house!! AC kept us cool in the heat, pool was awesome and umbrellas provided much needed shade. super cozy couch and lots of space! excellent location, easy parking, felt safe and was quiet. my family had a great stay!

Slice of paradise!

We stayed at this location to celebrate a family members birthday who owns a condo in the community. This was the perfect home to gather and spend time with family, while letting the kids swim to their little hearts desires. Igor was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had, which helped the stay feel seamless.

Family Friendly Property

This wonderful home is loaded with features for all ages. Games in the garage for the preteens, nice kitchen and pantry for the cook, fabulous pool and slide for the littles, comfy beds and linens, fun "bunk room" the kids loved and a sunset view that will knock your socks off.

House advertises as a 4 bedroom. It is actually a three bedroom with the den/study off the kitchen, with NO closet having a bed in it. TV would not come on. Igor could not help but did say he may send someone over during the day to help us. We were gone from 6:30am to pm every day. Could not be at house. One guest has no place to hang things without track all the way back and forth through the house. Have owner advertise this as a 3 bedroom and not four. Adjustment in price should be offered.

Loved the house, but major air conditioning issues

We truly loved the house and we would have rented again, but we had a really bad experience with the air conditioning which made it miserable in one of the bedrooms, for 3 nights we never had air in that room. There is a bedroom off the kitchen which is technically an office converted into a bedroom that never cooled down. The owners had a tech come out and he confirmed air is getting to the register, but it wasn't blowing into the room. We also had a problem getting the ceiling fan to work in the living room, it was stuck on low. He went to his house and brought us back a floor fan to help with the circulation and advised us to keep the thermostat at 70 to cool that room as much as possible from the general air circulation. So that one room never cooled down and the other 3 bedrooms were freezing. It was miserable. My biggest disappointment is how I was treated, this is the owner's response. "Hi, we have sent a tech out twice and they took photos showing it working at 70 degrees or less in the house. At this point there’s no further action we can take." I explained yes, the rest of the house is at 70 (too cold) but that one room is still hot, it doesn't blow air in that room. The tech also confirmed it was not blowing into that room. We are thankful he gave us that extra fan, as we were burning up. I also have a VRBO rental and would never treat a guest like this, as confort is my top priority.
