«We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and overall had a mostly good experience. The highlight was definitely the beach.. calm waters, crystal clear and perfect for relaxing.
That said, there are a few things that need improvement. The food was more or less the same across all the restaurants, which got a bit repetitive over time. Housekeeping came at very inconsistent times each day, and one day they didn’t show up at all.
The biggest issue, however, was the service. It often took more than 15 ...

«The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.»
