«The room was comfortable and roomy. The breakfast buffet was the best variety we've had. Make your own waffle, egg/cheese taco, fried potatoes, maple sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, pastries, scones, bagels, etc, different each day. Fresh, hot oatmeal and grits with add-ins. Beautiful view from the breakfast room onto a lush wooded area. If the weather had been better, we'd have enjoyed the outdoors patio and the fire pit. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. «Easy check in, clean facility, nice bedding, quiet. There was no hair dryer in my room. I didn’t eat breakfast but the coffee was great. Good location for going to Lake Lanier.»

«We arrived and had to wait 20 mins for someone to come to front desk. Then we were informed there water boiler broke and there was no hot water. We asked if we could please get a refund and we would go somewhere else. Was advised manager wouldnt be in til tye morning and we would have to wait to get refund then. We left and found another hotel. Still no call from manager for our refund»

«Management is extremely confident, caring, and passionate about this property. Although it is a new property and errors are yet unseen and unknown , when an issue is brought to his attention, he accommodates the guest appropriately and in a timely manner. This type of hospitality and customer service is shined upon in my eyes. I have found a new resting place during my travels. The entire staff is phenomenal.»

I was not in my electric vehicle on this trip but the presence of EV chargers in the parking lot was encouraging for future trips. Overall a great stay.»

«Hotel is not kept up as well as a normal Hilton hotel. Ceilings were damaged in our rooms and the hallways, the carpet in the hallways was bunched up and tearing up.»

AND they charged my account a large sum for a room that I had already paid in full for. Finally got that straightened out and the charge recalled and thought everything was ok. «The hotel was really nice and clean.I found their customer service excellent.But the hotel is about 40 minutes from Atlanta.The location is a disadvantage.The drugstore, other restaurants and eateries are far from walking distance if you dont have a car.You are stuck to eating at their restaurant.The lobby area is very small»
