«I typically don’t care enough to write a review, I can think of better ways to spend my time. However, staying at Comfort Inn in Shelby morphed into an ultimately laughable experience. The property was in complete shambles, construction everywhere with dry wall pieces down the hallway, and the elevator lined in foam board. Our room was filthy-the microwave was never cleaned, the fridge wasn’t cleaned, floors weren’t swept, whatever, but when I went to take a shower, I couldn’t ignore the hair ...

«Room was clean Staff was VERY friendly We didn’t use any amenities due to a quick trip but would stay again»

«Room has some smell. Curtain is partially torn. Floor is sticky.»

«Na»

«We should have went else where after being moved 3 times because the rooms were not functional. Wasn't helpful or friendly.»

«The entry door to our room was very dirty on the inside of the room. And the bathroom door was the same way. This property does not have an elevator. All rooms are entered from the outside. The continental breakfast was very good.»

«This is a long term stay hotel. There were no amenities in the room, there is no lobby to visit. The linens were clean, but old.»

«The hot water, shower head, and air conditioning were fine. The second night I killed a cockroach and noticed what I would say look to be a slug (slimy fat looking worm).»

«I’d give this a 0 stars for all categories. Front desk women rolled her eyes as i checked in and proceeded to take 20 min checking me in. Dirty in hallways. Insanely dirty in the rooms. Sheets were dirty and the door didn’t even close properly. Awful stay. I was excited to wake up the next morning just to get out of that place.»
