The staff were absolutely terrific with communications - quick to respond via Expedia messaging and facilitated all our requests. The one thing was I do wish they'd given us fresh towels everyday which they're supposed to. Admittedly, all I had to do was ask but I had troubled them with so many things that they'd been helpful with that I felt ...

«We booked two rooms, same price. One was upstair, view was allright and it was a good size room. The second was much smaller, just a small windows. The second had coacroaches and something (snail's?) that left slime tracks on the carpet.
The better room had a toilet that didnt work.
All in all, nice location and nice people - but the rooms need a cleanup. »
