With its 110 square meters, this open-concept space will allow you to spend your vacation in the beautiful city of Catania in total comfort.<br>The apartment is equipped with a state-of-the-art Daikin underfloor air conditioning system, free Wi-Fi, a double bed with a memory foam mattress, and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances. The living area features a TV, a sofa that converts into a double bed with a memory foam mattress, and two comfortable armchairs. The apartment is located on the first floor facing the main street and does not have a doorman service.<br>The apartment is situated in an upscale neighborhood in a quiet area just a short walk from the police headquarters and the Catania courthouse. You can take a lovely stroll along the elegant Corso Italia, where you’ll find many luxury and high-fashion boutiques, leading you to Piazza Europa, which overlooks Catania’s picturesque waterfront. There you’ll find beach clubs, a bike path, hotels, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, pastry shops, supermarkets, rotisseries, pizzerias, laundromats, tobacco shops, and many other amenities. Alternatively, a 2.1 km walk will take you to Piazza Duomo and Via Etnea in Catania’s historic center, or if you prefer, you can take the metro—just a short walk from the apartment—and be there in a few minutes.<br>For parking, there are 3 options:<br>1) Free 24-hour public street parking on “white lines”<br>2) Public street parking on “blue lines” is paid only Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; it’s free the rest of the time. To pay for your ticket, use the street meter or the EasyPark app.<br>3) Private indoor 24-hour parking lot 300 meters from the apartment, secured even at night from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM for 6 euros per night; during the day, the rate varies depending on the number of hours parked.<br>For airport transfers, we suggest three options:<br>Taxis are available at the airport exit; the ride to the apartment is 8 km.<br>The “SAIS” bus takes you to the city’s central station, which is a 2-km walk from the apartment.<br>Upon request, we offer a private car transfer service from the airport to the apartment, ranging from €40.00 to €60.00 depending on the day and time of arrival/departure.
