«The fore alarm went off in oir room at 7:12 am.
Went to front desk, the "Suoervisor", said there is nothing she could do.
Maint. Showed up 2 hour's, 1 minute later.. my 1 grandaughter is deaf, wears hearing aides, my daughter had to leave with her this whole time until the smoke detector was repaired. .I asked a manager to please call me, left my name, cell, and room number..No call, no apology either..
Staff needs to be better trained on how to handle situations..»

When checking in it seemed to be a bother and no apologies for lack of parking in February, hate to think what it would be like in summer. I merely asked where we could park. Never got an enjoy your stay or explanation of facilities. The checkout was polar opposite pleasant and asked about our stay and hoped we would return

«One major complaint. The morning waitress, Nadia, was absolutely horrible. Too busy playing with her mobile device and then disappearing for over 15 minutes. We had to go into the prep area to ask for our check.
The late afternoon/dinner waitress, Wendy, was phenomenal. The night time bartender was also on top of his game. The late shift supervisor, I believe her name was Paula, was also exceptional. »
