«The location it’s far away from downtown, and the transportation it’s limit and expensive.. if you travel with family it’s not convenient because of the transportation and lack of restaurants around … the staff and the owner it’s super nice .. but they don’t clean and I rooms are not clean enough… »

«Vi hadde et veldig trivlig opphold og ble oppgradert til et meget bra rom ved ankomst. Frokost var også bra! Betjeningen var meget behjelpelig og vennlig, og vi fikk leie skuter her sømløst. Vil absolutt anbefale å bo her»

«Great and beautiful place, in a quait village outside catba town. Better to take the bungalows around the pool !!. They are perfect. The staff is nice and helpful with all you need. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. Restaurant is good . highly reccomend this place.»

«Fint lite hotell m 15 rom , hadde Moon suiterom med sjøutsikt egen sittekrok og kort vei opp på takterrassen . Hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte . »

«Dusjforholdene kunna vært bedre,dårlig vanntrykk. Kjedelig frokost. Fin beliggenhet, tilbaketrukket fra alt bråket. Ekstremt mye valuta for pengene!»

«I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the rooms stood out. The spaces were spotless, well-maintained, and designed for comfort, providing a relaxing atmosphere after long days of exploring. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, were the amazing receptionists. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to enhance my trip. They not only managed all my bookings for local trips but also arranged ...

«The location is good with walking distance to the harbour. The hotel was old and the room was pretty basic. The fridge in our room did not work. You get what you pay for and nothing extra. Happy that the hotel provide scooter rental. »

«Lovely staff, amazing view, large rooms, scooters for hire, close to port.»

«Cat ba Serena homestay was an amazing experience. Our family of five felt so comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Linda was very responsive and instrumental in organizing a full day boat tour which did not disappoint ( we even saw the endangered langur monkeys sleeping on the cliff). Our second day we rented motorbikes from The homestay and explored the island including caves within the national park. Our kids especially enjoyed the food at the homestay- amazing ...

«Fin natur»

«La chambre était grande et propre. Les lits sont durs. Le déjeuner était plutôt de base. Pas de variété ni dans les plats et dans les fruits. Même chose à tous les jours ( riz, nouilles, œufs, saucisses et petits pains «secs ». Première fois au Vietnam que ce n’est pas du vrai jus de fruits.»

«Cheap, clean and good service »

«Staff and facilities are excellent. Trang organised all our trips and transfers faultlessly.»

«Great place to stay while in Viet Hai Village. Comfortable rooms with excellent a/c, good shower and comfortable beds. The food was amazing, no need to eat anywhere else. Fast laundry service. The gardens around the property were beautiful. The best part of our stay was the help we received from the manager, a young guy named Chilly. He took care of all transportation to and from the village, including transport back to Hanoi. He also booked an incredible Ha Long Bay day cruise for us and has ...

«Not luxury as in the name, but the place is great located, off the bars and traffic. The place need some refreshments, but overall just average. Breakfast was crap. Staff though was friendly and helpful, especially the lady in the frontdesk, very cheerful. My room was just above the reception and entry to hotel, so it was some noise going around... but was not too much of disturbance.»

«Great location, view of the bay, lovely homestyle breakfast, very helpful staff, room spotless.»
