«Customer service was infuriating to deal with to get a late check in. When the phone connection worked, the foreign agent was nearly impossible to understand. The agent properly sent my phone number to the local RR's front desk. From there on out, all was done adequately.»

«This is a fine place to stay for the price. There is ample free parking and it easy to get downtown. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a bit of a messy floor in the elevator and what looked like a bullet hole in the headboard. But it seemed safe enough when we were there, and the price was right.»
