Problems in the apartment:
The water in the shower was very inconsistent and couldn’t be adjusted so very hot water burned our son. It was very painful. The shower flooded the floor because the shower door is broken. The air-conditioning in the living room made a lot of noise, so our son could not sleep in the room. Therefore, he had to sleep on a mattress on the floor in our room. They could not fix it.
We asked for a new apartment, but your told us that your where fully booked. So, the reception confirmed us, that you would refund our 3 nights.
The receptionist said that she was very sorry and confirmed that you would refund our 3 nights after our unpleasant experience at your hotel. After we got home, they will not pay our money for the last 3 nights!!
