On the ground floor, you’ll find a beautifully furnished, wheelchair-accessible bedroom with an adjustable electric bed (head and foot), private washbasin, plenty of storage, and a cozy desk. This room connects directly to a fully adapted bathroom with a walk-in shower, accessible toilet, and ample space—ideal for guests needing extra support and comfort.



The bright, airy living area creates a welcoming atmosphere, featuring a fully equipped kitchen that makes meal prep enjoyable. Large sliding doors open to the garden, where a shaded pergola is perfect for long summer evenings. The enclosed garden offers both sun and privacy, inviting you to relax or enjoy outdoor games. You’ll also have full access to the heated pool.



From the living room, you can access a spacious laundry room with premium appliances including an extra oven, washing machine, dryer, and generous storage—especially convenient for longer stays or larger families.



Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed, and another that can be arranged flexibly with two or three beds (including a handy foldaway bed). Families with young children will also appreciate the safety gate at the top of the stairs.
