«To begin with, the check-in experience was unfortunately very unwelcoming. Despite seeing how exhausted I was from a long night of arduous travel, the receptionist showed me no empathy or sensitivity as a fellow woman. Before I could even settle in or regain my composure, she immediately demanded that I pay the accommodation tax. «The best thing about the stay was Luana. She was helpful, knowledgeable and helpful. The heating unit did not heat the room sufficiently and the floors were way too cold. Rugs would have helped. It would also be helpful to have separate heating in the bathroom along with hotter water for the shower.»
